この方針は、株式会社いろどり（以下「当社」）が社内で使うIrodori Video Uploader（以下「本ツール」）で、利用者の情報をどう扱うかを定めます。本ツールは、当社の担当者が当社のYouTubeチャンネルに動画を上げるためのもので、一般の方には提供していません。

1. YouTube API Servicesの利用

本ツールはYouTube API Servicesを使います。GoogleとYouTubeでの情報の扱いは、Googleプライバシーポリシー（http://www.google.com/policies/privacy）に従います。

2. 本ツールが扱う情報

本ツールは、Googleアカウントのパスワードを受け取りません。視聴履歴、コメント、チャンネル登録者の情報、ほかのチャンネルの情報は読みません。

3. 使い道

上の情報は、当社のチャンネルに動画を上げ、題や説明などを設定し、その結果を当社の制作記録に残すためだけに使います。チャンネルの名前とIDは、上げる先が当社のチャンネルかを確かめるために読みます。広告、分析、販売には使いません。

4. 保存する場所と、ほかへの提供

認証の情報は、本ツールを動かす当社のパソコンの中にだけ保存します。当社のサーバーや外部のサービスには送りません。上げた動画のIDと題は、当社の社内の制作記録に残します。これらの情報は、法令で求められた場合を除き、第三者に渡しません。

5. 広告とCookie

本ツールは、広告などの第三者のコンテンツを表示しません。本ツールは、利用者の端末やブラウザにCookieなどを置きません。このウェブサイトはGitHub Pagesで公開しており、GitHubがアクセスの記録をとることがあります（GitHubのプライバシーに関する声明）。

6. 許可の取り消し

利用者は、Googleのセキュリティ設定のページ（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）から、本ツールへの許可をいつでも取り消せます。取り消すと、本ツールはチャンネルを操作できなくなります。

7. 情報の削除

下の問い合わせ先に連絡すると、当社が保存している利用者の情報（認証の情報と、制作記録の該当する部分）を30日以内に削除します。

Privacy Policy

Irodori Video Uploader　Effective date: October 19, 2026

This policy explains how Kabushiki Gaisha Irodori ("we") handles user information in Irodori Video Uploader ("the Tool"), an internal tool that our staff use to upload videos to our own YouTube channel. The Tool is not offered to the public.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

The Tool uses YouTube API Services. Google and YouTube handle information in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

2. Information the Tool handles

The Tool never receives Google Account passwords. It does not read watch history, comments, subscriber information or data of any other channel.

3. How we use the information

We use this information only to upload videos to our channel, set their titles, descriptions and other settings, and keep a record of the results in our internal production records. We read the channel name and ID to confirm that the upload destination is our own channel. We do not use the information for advertising, analytics or sale.

4. Storage and sharing

Authorization credentials are stored only on the company computer that runs the Tool. They are not sent to any server of ours or to any other service. The IDs and titles of uploaded videos are kept in our internal production records. We do not share this information with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Advertising and cookies

The Tool does not allow third parties to serve content, including advertisements. The Tool does not place, access or recognize cookies or similar technology on users' devices or browsers. This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may log access to it (GitHub General Privacy Statement).

6. Revoking access

Users can revoke the Tool's access at any time via the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). After revocation, the Tool can no longer act on the channel.

7. Deletion

If you contact us at the address below, we will delete the stored information related to you (authorization credentials and the relevant parts of our production records) within 30 days.
