利用規約

1. 本ツールについて

Irodori Video Uploader（以下「本ツール」）は、株式会社いろどり（以下「当社」）の担当者が、当社のYouTubeチャンネルに動画を上げるための社内のツールです。

2. YouTube利用規約

本ツールはYouTube API Servicesを使います。本ツールを使うことで、利用者はYouTube利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）に従うことに同意したものとします。

3. 上げる内容

利用者は、上げる動画と文について必要な権利を持ち、YouTubeのコミュニティガイドラインに沿っていることを確かめてから上げます。本ツールは、上げる前に上げる内容を画面に示し、利用者の同意を得てから送ります。

4. プライバシー

利用者の情報の扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. 提供の条件

本ツールは、当社の社内向けに現状のまま提供します。YouTubeのサービスの変更や停止によって、使えなくなることがあります。

6. 改定

この規約を変えるときは、このページで知らせます。

Terms of Service

Irodori Video Uploader　Effective date: October 19, 2026

1. About the Tool

Irodori Video Uploader ("the Tool") is an internal tool that the staff of Kabushiki Gaisha Irodori ("we") use to upload videos to our own YouTube channel.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

3. Uploaded content

Users must hold the necessary rights to the videos and text they upload, and confirm that the content follows the YouTube Community Guidelines before uploading. Before each upload, the Tool shows what will be uploaded and sends nothing until the user agrees.

4. Privacy

User information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Provision

The Tool is provided as is, for our internal use. It may stop working because of changes to or suspension of YouTube services.

6. Changes

We will announce any changes to these terms on this page.
